If I choose a locker and my things do not fit, can I change it to a bigger one?
Yes, as long as there is availability.
In that case, you must first book a larger locker and then the refund corresponding to the original booking will be processed.
Lockers Canarias does not issue direct refunds after a booking. However, when the change is to a larger locker, the amount of the previous one is refunded by bank transfer to a Spanish account or via Bizum during working hours (09:00–14:00).

What items cannot be stored in the locker?
It is not allowed to store items whose possession or circulation is illegal or requires special licences.
Flammable, dangerous, or polluting materials are also not allowed, nor any living being, nor food or drinks that are not properly sealed and packaged.
The lockers are intended exclusively for luggage and personal belongings that do not pose a risk to the space or to other users.
How long can I stay inside the premises?
The time inside the establishment must be limited strictly to what is necessary to store or collect your luggage.
The space is intended exclusively for locker use, so it is not permitted to remain in the premises longer than necessary or to use it for eating, sleeping, or making prolonged calls.
Is it allowed to take photos or record videos inside the premises?
Photos and recordings are not allowed inside our facilities.
This rule is part of the security and confidentiality protocol, since the premises contain surveillance systems, locks, and operational screens that must remain protected.
If suspicious non-compliance is detected, the relevant measures will be activated to preserve the safety of all users.
Is it possible to change or cancel my luggage storage booking in Santa Cruz?
Yes.
You can modify or cancel your booking as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the start of the contracted service.
This allows us to process the change or cancellation correctly within our booking system.
What happens if I collect my luggage later than the reserved time?
If, when collecting your luggage, you have exceeded the contracted time, you must pay for the additional days in order to open the locker.
If more than 10 days pass after the end of the reserved period without notice of an extension, the belongings will be removed and stored in a warehouse for 30 days.
If no communication is received from the user during that period, it will be understood that they waive recovery of the belongings, and the service conditions will be applied accordingly.
