If I book a locker and my belongings don’t fit, can I upgrade to a bigger one?
Yes, as long as there is availability.
You’ll first need to book a larger locker, and then the amount paid for the original one will be refunded. Lockers Canarias does not issue direct refunds once a booking has been made, but if you switch to a larger locker, the difference will be refunded by bank transfer to a Spanish account or via Bizum during business hours (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM).

You may not store illegal items or anything that requires a specific licence.
Flammable, dangerous, or polluting items are also not allowed, nor are living beings or food and drink that are not properly sealed. Lockers may only be used for luggage and personal belongings that pose no risk to the premises or to other users.
How long can I stay inside the premises?
You should remain inside only for the time needed to drop off or collect your luggage.
The premises are intended exclusively for locker use, so staying longer than necessary or using the space to eat, sleep, or make long phone calls is not permitted.
Can I take photos or record videos inside the premises?
No. Taking photos or recording videos inside the establishment is not allowed.
This rule is part of the security and confidentiality protocol, as the premises include CCTV, locks, and operational screens that must remain protected.
If this rule is broken for suspicious purposes, the appropriate security measures will be activated to protect all users.
Can I change or cancel my luggage storage booking in El Médano?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking as long as you do so at least 24 hours before the service begins.

If you exceed the time booked, you’ll need to pay for the extra days before the locker can be opened.
If more than 10 days pass after the end of the reserved period and you haven’t informed the company that you want to extend it, the belongings will be removed and kept in storage for 30 days. After that period, if the user has not contacted the company, it will be understood that they have given up the right to recover them, and the service terms will apply.
