If I book a locker and then realize everything doesn’t fit, can I switch to a bigger one?
Yes, as long as there is availability.
First, you will need to book a larger locker and then the amount from the previous booking will be refunded.
Lockers Canarias does not issue direct refunds once the booking has been made, but if you upgrade to a larger locker, the corresponding difference will be refunded by bank transfer to a Spanish account or via Bizum during business hours (09:00 to 14:00).

What items cannot be stored in the locker?
It is not allowed to leave items whose possession or circulation is illegal, or those that require a specific license to own.
It is also not permitted to store flammable, dangerous, or polluting items, living beings, or food and drink that are not properly sealed and packaged.
The locker must only be used for luggage and personal belongings that do not pose a risk to the safety of the premises or other users.
How long can I stay inside the premises?
Your stay inside should be limited to the time necessary to drop off or collect your luggage.
The premises are intended exclusively for locker use, so staying longer than necessary or using the space to eat, sleep, or make long calls is not allowed.
Can photos or videos be taken inside the premises?
Taking photographs or recording videos inside the establishment is not allowed.
This rule is part of the security and confidentiality protocol, as the space has video surveillance, locks, and operational screens that must remain protected.
If this rule is breached for suspicious purposes, the appropriate measures will be activated to protect the safety of all users.
Can I change or cancel my luggage storage booking in Costa Adeje?
Yes. You can modify or cancel it as long as you do so at least 24 hours before the start time of your booking.
What happens if I leave my luggage longer than I booked for?
If, when you return to collect your luggage, you have exceeded the contracted time, you will need to pay for the extra days in order to open the locker.
If more than 10 days pass after the end of the booking without notice that you want to extend it, the belongings will be removed and stored for 30 days.
After that period, if the user has not contacted us, it will be understood that they waive their right to recover the items, and action will be taken according to the service conditions.
