If I book a locker and my belongings do not fit, can I change to a larger one?
Yes, as long as there is availability.
In that case, you must first book a larger locker and then the refund for the original booking will be processed.
Lockers Canarias does not issue direct refunds after a booking. However, when the change is made to a larger locker, the amount of the previous booking is refunded by bank transfer to a Spanish bank account or via Bizum during office hours (09:00–14:00).
If you need help during the booking process, you can contact us and we will assist you.
What items are not allowed inside the lockers?
Items whose possession or transport is illegal or requires a special licence are not allowed.
It is also forbidden to store flammable, dangerous or polluting materials, living beings, or food and drinks that are not properly sealed and packaged.
The lockers are intended only for luggage and personal belongings that do not pose a risk to the space or to other users.
How long can I stay inside the premises?
Time inside the premises must be limited to what is strictly necessary to store or collect your luggage.
The premises are intended exclusively for locker use, so it is not allowed to remain inside longer than necessary or to use the space for eating, sleeping or making long phone calls.
Can I take photos or record videos inside the premises?
Taking photographs or recording videos inside our facilities is not allowed.
This rule is part of our security and confidentiality protocol, as the premises contain surveillance systems, locks and operational screens that must remain protected.
If we detect any suspicious breach of this rule, the appropriate measures will be taken to preserve the safety of all users.
Can I modify or cancel my luggage storage booking at Meridiano Shopping Centre?
Yes.
You can change or cancel your booking as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the start of the booked service.
This allows us to manage the change or cancellation properly within our booking system.
What happens if I collect my luggage after the booked time has ended?
If you exceed the contracted time when collecting your luggage, you will need to pay for the additional days in order to open the locker.
If more than 10 days pass after the end of the booked period without notice of an extension, the belongings will be removed and stored for 30 days.
If we do not receive any communication from the user during that period, it will be understood that they have given up their right to recover the belongings, and the service conditions will apply accordingly.
