If I choose a locker and my things do not fit, can I switch to a bigger one?
Yes, as long as there is availability. You must first book the larger locker and then the amount paid for the previous one will be refunded.
Lockers Canarias does not issue direct refunds after a booking, but in the case of an upgrade to a larger locker, the corresponding amount will be refunded by bank transfer to a Spanish account or via Bizum during business hours (09:00 to 14:00).
